**RETURN AND REFUND POLICY**

**Returns**
Returns are accepted only for brand new merchandise. We do not accept returns on used merchandise. The item's condition (used or new) will be clearly indicated on its listing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
**Refunds**
Refunds will only be issued in the event that a parcel is lost in transit and has not shown any tracking updates for more than 2 weeks from the expected delivery date. Once we confirm the loss with the shipping carrier, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
**How to Initiate a Return or Refund**

**Exceptions**
